Beth Rapadas is a Senior HR Representative for The Walt Disney Company supporting media businesses such as ABC Network, Disney Channels, Freeform, Fox Studios, FX and NatGeo. She project manages targeted development programs that enrich and enhance leadership capabilities. She is also responsible for contributing to the talent management strategy which aligns employees’ performance with the organization’s overall vision and goals.
Prior to joining Disney, Beth began her career with Toyota Motor Corporation. She started as a Corporate Recruiter, then eventually a Learning & Development Consultant. Beth enjoyed many hours of travel to recruit top talent and has built a strong network as a result. While on the Learning & Development Team, Beth designed training curriculum, facilitated career development workshops and administered the company wide employee engagement survey. To this day, much of her work and processes are still utilized.
As a seasoned HR professional, Beth has supported businesses across multiple industries, including media, manufacturing, sales and distribution. She feels privileged that HR allows her the opportunity to help others better know themselves and embrace their talents, all while strengthening a company she loves. Beth is active in her community where she serves as a volunteer teacher at St. Dominic Savio Parish and mentor with the Boys & Girls Club of East Los Angeles.
Though born in Manila, Philippines, Beth was raised in Los Angeles, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, L.A. She is an overzealous mom/wife, adventurous foodie, voracious television consumer and roots hard for the Dodgers.
