Brian Luna is an Executive Director, Online Support and Customer Experiences at Beachbody, a leader in at-home fitness and nutrition. In this role he leads Customer Support’s product vision, development road-map and overall customer experience for Beachbody’s self-help and self-serve platform. He is an accomplished product management leader with over 20 years of experience in digital product management, eCommerce and brand development for both Fortune 100 and private entities within the entertainment, mobile, and retail industries.
Brian’s expertise includes full life-cycle product management, digital transformation and user experience optimization. He successfully launched and managed several consumer facing experiences for partners such as the National Football League (NFL), National Basketball League (NBA) and National Hockey League (NHL); two patent pending products – SeasrsLocalAd.com/ KmartLocalAd.com & Hallmark Digital Stamp; five best-selling mobile games; and over 55 products licensed from Disney, NBCUniversal, Warner Brothers, MGM and Hallmark into the worldwide market.
Previously, he was the Director of Product, Digital Greetings and Innovation at Hallmark Labs. Where he was responsible for the strategic planning and product development of the Digital Greetings portfolio for Hallmark Cards.
Brian graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Marketing.
Brian and his family is originally from the Chicago area and while not watching his favorite professional Chicago sports teams. He enjoys coaching his two eldest daughters in softball and his youngest at gymnastics.
